Terms of Use
The rules for using the ORTO interface. Please read them before connecting a wallet.
Last updated 19 September 2026
01What ORTO is
ORTO ("ORTO", "we") is a non-custodial web interface for reading public market data on Robinhood Chain and for constructing transactions that you sign and broadcast from your own wallet. ORTO does not hold, pool, lend or manage any user funds and does not operate the liquidity pools, routers or tokens shown in the interface.
Swaps are executed by the Uniswap V3 contracts deployed on Robinhood Chain (SwapRouter02 and QuoterV2). ORTO charges no protocol fee on swaps (0.00%). You remain responsible for network gas and for the liquidity-provider fee of the pool you trade against.
02Eligibility and restricted jurisdictions
By connecting a wallet you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that you are legally permitted to use decentralised trading interfaces where you live, and that you are not a resident of, located in, or acting on behalf of a person in any jurisdiction where such use is prohibited or where ORTO or its counterparties are subject to sanctions.
Tokenized equities and other real-world-asset tokens shown in ORTO are issued by third parties (for example Robinhood Token contracts). Their availability, transferability and legal treatment depend on the issuer and on your jurisdiction. ORTO does not issue, endorse or make any representation about them.
03Non-custodial, self-directed use
You are the only party able to move your assets. Every action is initiated by a transaction or signature that you approve inside your wallet. ORTO never asks for, receives or stores private keys or seed phrases.
Because transactions are broadcast to a public blockchain, they cannot be reversed by ORTO. Verify token contract addresses, amounts, price impact and minimum received before confirming.
04Staking (not live) and positions preview
Staking is not available: no ORTO vault contract is deployed, no deposits are accepted and no yield accrues. The Positions feature currently records signed intents off-chain. It does not deposit tokens into any contract, does not create on-chain liquidity positions and does not accrue yield. It exists as a preview and may be reset at any time. Do not treat it as an investment or as a claim on any asset.
05Market data
Prices, candles, volumes, reserves and token metadata are read from on-chain activity through third-party indexers and RPC nodes and are refreshed periodically. They may be delayed, incomplete or unavailable. Quotes shown before a swap are simulated against live pool state but are not guaranteed; the executed price is determined on-chain at inclusion time, bounded by the slippage you set.
06Risks
Digital assets are volatile and may lose all value. Smart contracts, wallets, RPC providers and blockchains can contain bugs or be attacked. Low-liquidity pools can have extreme price impact. Token approvals grant a contract permission to move the approved amount and can be revoked by you at any time. You accept these risks entirely and agree that ORTO is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the interface or of any third-party protocol reached through it.
07No advice
Nothing in ORTO is investment, legal, tax or financial advice, and nothing is a solicitation to buy or sell any asset. $ORTO is a token deployed on Robinhood Chain; nothing in ORTO is a promise of its value, liquidity, listing or utility, and only the contract address published on the $ORTO page is official.
08Intellectual property and acceptable use
The ORTO name, logo and interface design belong to the project. You may not misrepresent ORTO, attempt to interfere with the service, scrape it abusively, or use it to break any law. Third-party marks (wallets, Robinhood, token issuers) belong to their owners and are shown for identification only.
09Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The interface is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ORTO, its contributors and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of funds, profits, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the interface.
10Changes and acceptance
We may update these Terms. The current version is always published at ortoliquidity.com/terms. When the Terms change materially you will be asked to review and accept them again the next time you connect a wallet. Continuing to use ORTO after accepting means you agree to the Terms in force at that time.
