Privacy Policy

01The short version

ORTO has no accounts, no email sign-up, no passwords and no customer database. We do not sell data and we do not run advertising trackers. The interface works with your public wallet address and with public blockchain data.

02What your wallet shares

When you connect, your wallet exposes your public address and the network it is on. ORTO uses them in your browser to show balances, build transactions and read your signed intents. Private keys and seed phrases never leave your wallet and are never requested.

Your public address is, by design, public on the blockchain. Anything you sign or broadcast is permanently visible to anyone, including the ORTO team.

03What we store

In your browser (localStorage): your theme choice, your slippage preference and a record that a given wallet address accepted the current Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Clearing site data removes these.

On our server: signed staking/position intents that you explicitly submit (address, pool, amount, signature and timestamp). These are held in short-lived memory for the preview feature and may be discarded at any time. No other personal data is stored.

04Third parties your browser talks to

RPC nodes for Robinhood Chain (https://rpc.mainnet.chain.robinhood.com) and Ethereum, which receive your requests and public address in order to read balances and simulate quotes; the CoinGecko / GeckoTerminal indexer, which ORTO queries server-side for pool and candle data (your address is not sent); WalletConnect / Reown relay servers when you pair a mobile wallet by QR; token-logo and font CDNs. Each is governed by its own privacy policy.

Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard request logs — IP address, user agent, requested URL — for security and delivery. We do not add analytics or fingerprinting scripts.

05Cookies

ORTO sets no first-party tracking cookies. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie to protect the site from abuse.

06Your choices

Disconnect your wallet at any time from the wallet menu. Revoke token approvals from your wallet or a tool such as revoke.cash. Clear your browser's site data to remove local preferences and the Terms acceptance record.

07Children

ORTO is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.

08Changes

We may update this policy; the current version is published at ortoliquidity.com/privacy. Material changes will require re-acceptance on your next wallet connection.
